Jordan starts his two month long stretch of Dental School Interviews this Friday. So, I thought I would do something to surprise him and wish him well. Today I made an authentic Italian Pizza equipped with fresh Mozzarella, fresh Basil, homemade tomato sauce, homemade crust, and prosciutto. If you know Jordan at all you know he loves Italian food, loves Italian people, and pretty much should have been born Italian. This was the perfect good luck gift according to him.
He was pleasantly surprised.
Well it was the perfect afternoon until Jordan accidentally knocked over the grape juice pitcher onto our white carpet. The next two hours were spent working off our pizza, but guess what-our carpet is now whiter where we spilled the grape juice than the rest of the carpet! Haha!

Haha!Jordan has been asked to four interviews so far but his first one is at UNC at Chapel Hill. I am so excited for him. He is amazing in so many ways and I am proud and lucky to be his wife! Wow Hil! That is so sweet! SO this week Justin is how and we have a lot of plan, but next weekend he has scout camp, so if you want to come up and hang out that would be awesome.
Oh good job! I am impressed at your homemaking skills :) And tell Jordan good luck with interviews! My Jordan is interviewing right now too, so I know how you might be feeling :)
