Idaho Falls

This week has been so fun! Jordan and I came home to Idaho Falls for the week to hit all of my siblings end of the year events. Our week was jam packed as we did those things and then I also worked. Here's an glimpse of what we've done.

Saturday: Chase had his conference track meet. He ran the 100 m, 200 m, 1X4 relay, & 4X8 medley (at least I think that's what they're called!) He did awesome. He and another kid crossed the finish line for the 100 m at the exact same time 11.99 seconds, but they gave it to the other kid. Jordan recorded it at the finish line and they should have clearly called it a tie. We are way proud of Chase though!

Sunday: Mother's Day! We are lucky to have both of our moms in IF so we split time. Trenton, Jordan's brother also called home from his mission in Sweden so it was fun to talk to him!

Monday: Remi's SOS benefit concert. She sang and danced and did so great! I am a proud sister. At the exact same time of Remi's concert was Ali's graduation awards ceremony. We were sprinting back and forth down the halls of Idaho Falls High School to get from the Civic to the gym to see both sisters' events.

This is Remi on stage at the S.O.S. concert. She's on the very right.

Tuesday: Ali had her Seminary graduation. It was fun to go to because she and her friends did the special musical number in a great sounding quintet. At the same time as her Seminary graduation was Chase's 8th grade choir concert. Again, lots of running back and forth. Jordan also left to go back to Provo to work. (Our first time apart....not very fun!)

Wednesday: Ali's final choir concert. She is such a great singer and the concert was awesome. She has gotten so many choir awards but never tells anyone so I am going to brag about her. She made it to All State for choir, she's sang in the elite choir at IF for 2 years called Expressions. Expressions took a choir trip to San Francisco recently and while there with choirs from all over the country, Ali was asked to be in the honors choir...a huge accomplishment! She recently was asked to attend a camp/choir in Pocatello, ID this summer to sing with the greatest from all over the world. Only like one student per city gets that honor. We are so proud of her too! She graduates from high school this coming Monday and then will head down to BYU! Congrats Ali!

Ali's the girl in the glasses in the middle of all the boys.

Thursday: I got to go to Remi's dress rehearsal for dance since I am not going to be here to see her recital. She did such a great job. She's a beautiful, graceful dancer. She has been taking dance from 2 different studios so here days are always jam packed with dance.

Friday: I am heading back home to see my hubby! Then tomorrow we are going to hit Lagoon all day to watch Camille, Jordan's sister, compete in nationals for clogging! Go Camille!

It's been such a fun week. We've loved it all. There is nothing like or as important as family. We wish we could come more often. I'll add photos later!

***Oh, other exciting news, we finally got our wedding photos back (yes! 10 months later)!
