Summer Plans

So, sometimes I am not as faithful at posting because it doesn't seem like there are too many new exciting things to post about when all you do all day is work, but I will try and come up with something interesting.

Just a quick review of what this summer is like for Jordan and I. We decided to stay in Provo for the summer for a couple of reasons. One, we bought our condo and we have to make mortgage payments anyway. Two, Jordan needed to find a job that would look good on his dental school application. Three, I got offered a great job before school was out with my teachers help in finding it.

So here's what we do. Jordan works for CR foundation a.k.a Clinician's Report Foundation established by Gordon J. Christensen a renowned dentist. Jordan does dental research all day from 7 am to 5:30 p.m. Long day huh? He loves it though and it has been so good for him. The job that I got is a great one also. I work for a company called Web Ready. The main corporation we are apart of is called Outrider Corporation which specializes in TLDs (Top Level Domains) like .com, .net, .us, etc. Outrider has submitted 5 applications with the FCC which runs the organization called iCan made up of delegates from around the world to protect the integrity of the Internet. Each application is a LOT of money and it takes 3 years before iCan makes an official decision on which TLDs will pass. So, in the meantime Outrider has to set up a registrar in order for people to buy domain names from us with any TLD we may get passed. The third part of the company is Web Ready which provides the end user product....websites. We design awesome websites in 14 business days for only $1,200. Honestly, it's a steal because a typical website designed by a firm is no less than $5,000. Our customers have loved what they've got so far. Other summer plans, next week Jordan and I leave for Oahu, HI for a week. Jordan's parents are so unbelievably kind and have offered to let us come with them. We are so excited because it is the same place we went on our honey moon. I have dreamt about going to Hawaii my whole life and all of a sudden we are going twice in the same year! I can't believe it!

As for the rest of the summer, my mom, Ali, Remi, Grandma Helen, Aunt Stef, Savannah and I are all taking a rode trip in June to go watch Miss Idaho. I'll be honest though. I never thought I would miss being in pageants so much. This is my first time in 3 years that I wont be competing at Miss Idaho and I find myself kind of wishing I was. I love it!

In July, Jordan and I will get a new niece or nephew. Justin & Angela are expecting their second baby but have chosen not to find out the gender. We are anxious and can't wait to see him or her. We know it will be cute because Anela is adorable!
