This post is a mega picture overload because we had an Easter fun marathon! Jordan didn't have school on Good Friday (which was a good Friday indeed) and we started the celebrating then. Our good friends put on a bbq/Easter egg hunt and the girls had an awesome time searching for eggs. It took about 2 seconds for Sofia to realize the eggs were filled with candy so at each stop she had to empty her egg. Needless to say she didn't get many and Bella raked them in.

On Saturday, the place where we live put on another egg hunt. Sofia gave Jordan a high five after his pep talk on egg collecting strategies.
It was a rainy morning and it made the grass SO green!
No Easter celebration would be complete without some Easter egg dying. Sofia has the surprised "the egg turned blue?" look on her face!
And the classic terrify your children with the Easter bunny scenario.
But alas, then their was Easter day. Look at the goods these girls got. Thank you for the contributions of both grandmas and a great grandma!

Easter was wonderful and we had our fair share of yummy candy the day before Jordan and I started our GAPs diet. More on this later but all I can say now is that it is EXTREMELY hard. We're both dragging! Hopefully it helps cure my hives though!

This video is excessively long but the girls had so much fun doing an Easter egg hunt at our house. They both saw their baskets two or three times and walked right past them because there were still eggs to be found.

those two girls are... i can't even think of a word to do them justice... SO DARN ADORABLE!!! looks like you had an awesome easter- I love how when the student husbands get a day off it's like instant party!! haha that's how it is for us too. Awesome that you know the Binghams! I always forget matthew has a twin out there somewhere. i love it! the more binghams there are in the world, the better. :)

During the entire Easter video clip I couldn't wipe the smile off my face. Every little thing about them is so cute! Bella was a pro and gathering and finding them quickly. Sofia so inquisitive about each one that she had to explore their contents before moving on to her next find. Bella's basket was brim to overflowing and so was Grandma's smile while watching and reading this blog!
That was the cutest thing ever! Haha the comparison of Bella and Sofia's egg hunting basket is hilarious. I had too much fun watching that video!
