Wow have I gotten behind on blogging or what? Well, I just spent a lot of time on blogger and 7 posts later I am caught up! We had such a fun summer that I had lots to post about!
Jordan and I celebrated our upcoming 5th Anniversary in San Francisco this year! Jordan's parents are too good to us and gave us a week's hotel stay in S.F. which made it possible for us to go with cheap airfare out of Idaho Falls! We had SUCH a good time. We stayed so busy that we were exhausted by the end! Here's a recap of our week!
We went to a S.F. Giants game the night we got there (Monday). Talk about a beautiful stadium overlooking the Bay! We loved it!
Tuesday we went down to Fisherman's Wharf and did some of the must sees. We got a Wharf pass that got us into the aquarium, wax museum, and a Boudin sour dough bakery tour. We hit up the shops and enjoyed the brisk air paired with a TON of walking!
Wednesday we went to Alcatraz and did a tour. Talk about an uninviting place. So cool to see but so glad to not have that as my permanent residence!

Afterward we stopped at Ghirardelli Square to share a peanut butter sunday. Holy. moly. it. was. good.
Thursday we hit up Nob Hill, China Town, and the old Trolleys.
And that night we saw Les Miserables at the Orpheum theater. (Amazing!)
Friday we took a bus tour to Sauscilito and Muir Woods.
To say Muir Woods was beautiful wouldn't do it justice. It was truly awe-inspiring.

We sure missed the girls on our trip. I may or may not have cried more than once because of it. I had to Skype at least once sometimes twice a day!
We had the time of our lives and will cherish the memories forever! Thanks so much Jeff and Marcell for making an amazing trip possible!

San Francisco is the best - and I went to Muir Woods for the first time this weekend! You are so right. It is beyond amazing. Glad you had a good time.
