Sick Again

It's funny how sicknesses seem to come in rapid-fire sequence. Lately the sick bug has visited our house. Last week I got strep throat and a really weird rash that wouldn't go away. I took some medicine and the strep symptoms seemed to subside. Then, this week I started getting the whole headache, congestion, and cough like symptoms, and the rash came back in full force. Jordan and I decided it would probably be best to visit the Student Health Center...now that was an efficient experience. We weren't there but 3 minutes when they had me back in the examination room. Dr.'s diagnosis?...a rash from an allergic reaction to medicine and a virus. Big suprise! I swear I am allergic to every medicine. I have decided my body wasn't meant to have medicine. Last time I took a medicine with drowsiness as a side effect...I slept for 24 hours without waking up. Hmm...no benedryl for me I suppose with an obnoxiously itchy rash. Anyway, hopefully Jordan's immune system will do its job as it is probably working overtime to keep him healthy in our apartment with me coughing and sneezing all the time. Don't worry. I am cleaning it constantly!! We still want you to visit. Well, that's the extent of our trip to the health center and our health concerns. Hopefully you are staying healthier than we are!
