2nd Month Stats and Updates

Well this second month has been a whirlwind. See the following three posts for full details! The girls turned two months old and had their well baby checkup. A week before however we were in the doctor's office anyway because they both got so sick. Sofia was tested for RSV and it came back normal thank goodness. It was so hard to watch my two little babies feel awful. They are finally feeling better and are just growing like small weeds!

Here are the stats on 11/22/10:

Bella: Weight: 8 lbs 3 oz.....................2nd percentile
Length: 20 3/4".......................3rd percentile
Head Circumference: 15".......31st percentile

She is growing at the right rate for a baby just started out a little smaller was all. She also got her 2 month immunizations and cried for quite sometime afterward. That was hard.

Sofia: Weight: 9 lbs 7.5 oz.................16th percentile
Length: 22"..............................30th percentile
Head Circumference: 15.5"...66th percentile

She too got her shots and cried for about .2 seconds. What a brave girl. Bella is so much smaller than Sofia because she has had a bad case of thrush on her tongue making eating painful. It is finally gone and she is quickly catching up!

I couldn't help but add this picture. Bella doesn't need bath time toys yet, she just makes her own bubbles! Look at that face. That is a face of a satisfied girl!
It was my Birthday over Thanksgiving break. In Jordan's family it is tradition to decorate the birthday girl of boy's door during the night before their birthday. Jordan decorated mine so cute! He gave me a jewelry holder stuffed with lots of scrapbook accessories, a darling key chain, and lots of sweet notes!

The girls are finally sitting in their bumbo chairs! They love them and it is SO cute to watch them hold themselves up!
This was Bella's first time in her bumbo chair!
And this was Sofia's. She last about a minute and then fell asleep!
We had such a great Thanksgiving break. We have much to be thankful for. This year in particular, I am so thankful for my two angel babies and an AMAZING husband who seriously handles more with his roles as dental student, husband, and father x2 than most people would be able to deal with. I am so thankful for my Heavenly Father for allowing me to be a wife and mom!

Hi Hillary, I went to high school with you and jordan and mostly knew who you were through Kim and Kylie. I've enjoyed watching your blog, as I had my first baby on sept 6th. There was actually a twin, but we lost it along the way, so I've LOVED reading your blog, and admire you so so much! My little one keeps me so busy and sleep deprived, that I can't believe how rested and well put together you always seem! You are amazing! Do take care!

So fun Hilary!!! They are so adorable and you look amazing!! They grow up so fast, I can't believe they are already 2 months. Emma is going to be a year in just over 2 weeks. You look like such a great mother. I miss you tons. Maybe when we move to Idaho here soon we won't be too far to come visit!
