I wanted to write myself a reminder of how I feed my little angels. There is quite a technique to feeding two babies, one of which demands her tiny little bottle, and the other who eats 2 ounces more than her sister. One baby that falls asleep and the other that nearly always spits up. It being finals week for Jordan, I am on duty 24/7 for by-myself-feedings. My little Bella LOVES the TV. This is probably not a great habit but when I sit and feed for over an hour sometimes I will occasionally turn on the TV for some form of entertainment. This morning I was watching Elf and Bella wanted to watch too. If you can't tell the TV was behind and to the side of her. She craned her head to watch. Now this is the life. A bottle, a warm blanket, a movie, and a hand behind the head! Love her!
Sofia doesn't care so much for the TV. She just looks up with her darling little eyes and stares at Mommy! I love these times!
We set up camp on the couch with pillows and blankets. I have to prop up bottles so I can burp one while the other is still eating!
There is always a way to do everything it just takes some time to figure out how to do it!

I don't know how you do it!! Its hard enough with one! You are amazing.
Impressive, Hilary! I'm always amazed at how much of my day is spent in feeding Ryan, but it's also nice because it forces me to sit down and take a rest. We use those Breastflow bottles, too. I really like them, because it helps Ryan to keep his tongue forward and not lose that technique when Daddy's feeding him a bottle.
Love it! I can't believe how big they are getting and we haven't even held them yet! It makes me homesick for the babies!
