Today, I took my last class of Wilton Cake Decorating Course #1. We finished learning the Wilton Rose and also leaves. The class has been so much fun. It takes a lot of preparation each week, but it's well worth it. I start Course #3 on Tuesday (you don't have to go on order). That class will introduce me to fondant. Anyway, I love my new hobby and can't wait to get really good at it and maybe make a little business out of it. Anyway, here is my final cake for this course!

Hilary, you are becoming a pro! What a great job, it looks as good as it tastes I am sure. Good luck on all the future classes you will be taking. It is neat you are doing this, it will be something you will use often, even if it is just for your own future children's birthday cakes.
