The Omaha Zoo

We recently bought a season pass to Omaha's Zoo: the Henry Doorly Zoo. We've already been a couple of times and only seen about a third of the zoo. It is huge and beautiful! The girls really enjoy going and get a kick out of the funny animals.

Could these two look more alike?

We completely underestimated how heavy these girls would be in the back pack carriers. We were pooped by the end of the trip!

This was in the jungle exhibit where all of the animals weren't in cages but out in the open. In once place there were fruit bats flying around our heads. The monkeys are so close they could easy find a limb and jump over to you but the don't. We found one monkey that Sofia loved and she screamed at it in excitement and I think she scared the monkey!

One of the trips Bella slept through most of it so we have more pictures of Sof. She was really studying this bird out.

We are really excited for more trips this summer to the Zoo. It sure makes for fun activities to look forward to!
